As an expert in Executive Health & Fitness Lifestyle Coaching, I bring together elite academics and high-performance athletics.  I work directly with clients using a multidisciplinary approach to lead you to new levels of fitness, activity, and health.  Coming into the fitness industry from both cutting edge medical research and elite sport performance, I can identify the barriers to improving performance and break you out of negative patterns of health.  I believe you have untapped and unlimited potential to reach your own fitness and performance goals.
